Can I modify and upgrade the type of my licence?
It is possible that your licence does not suit your needs, and you want to upgrade it.
Currently, you can upgrade the following licences:
- Mozaik STUDENT => Mozaik TEACHER
- mozaBook SCHOOL-LAB => mozaBook CLASSROOM
- HOME digital textbook => CLASSROOM digital textbook (this option is not available in every country)
To upgrade a licence, you must have one of the above licences. Upgrading a licence is basically a purchase through our webshop, when you have to pay the difference between the price of the two licences. The validity period of your new licence will be the same as that of your old licence (e.g. 2-year licence), and it will start on the day of the purchase.
Follow these instructions to upgrade your licence:
- Click on your name (1), and choose the My licences (2) option.
- Find the licence you want to upgrade. Click on the Upgrade button (3).
- In the appearing window, you can see the validity period of your new licence and the price to be paid. Add the new licence to the cart (4), and finish the purchase (5).
